The HTIC Beaver Lake House is located in Lost Bridge Village, a very welcoming community and a beautiful, quiet, residential area near Garfield, AR. Overlooking Sailboat Cove on Beaver Lake, the house is a safe, yet easy walk away from the adjacent boat and swimming dock. Sailboat Cove features a quiet "no-wake" zone and abundant fishing opportunities. Water sport enthusiasts will find a boat ramp with plenty of parking space within walking distance of the house. The attached carport and circle drive also provide sufficient parking at the house.

The lake house was designed and built in 2005 by the previous (original) owner. From the open living area on both floors of the house, you can see the dock and the peaceful Sailboat Cove. You can take in nature's beauty through beautiful windows that feature marble window sills. Imported marble tile in the kitchen and dining room are complimented by comfortable leather furniture in the large living room. The kitchen also features plenty of beautiful counter space and is fully equipped. The large master suite on the main floor features a large walk-in closet and double vanity, as well as a full view of the cove and access to the covered deck. The comfortable, contemporary look and feel continues to the walk-out basement where there is an oversized family room that also features a grand view of the great outdoors and three more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms in the basement share a full bathroom that features a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

You can choose to light a fire in the living room or cozy up to the fire pit next to the covered patio downstairs. The covered deck upstairs also features a large propane grill for outdoor cooking. Enjoy the view or simply relax while lounging on any of the deck or patio furniture that is provided.
